In some cases we will send out e-tickets provided to us directly from the festival rather than our own e-tickets, which you will be notified by one of our team members via email,
We usually send out such e-tickets a week or so before the event, or once we have received them from the event organiser. You will simply need to download, print and take them along with matching photo ID to the event.
Although we strive to fulfil tickets 1 weeks before the event, there are occasions where we will receive the e-tickets much later, especially if you have purchased a ticket much closer to the date of the event.
It is your own responsibility to ensure you are allowed to attend the festival, which is stated on our festival event pages. We cannot offer you a refund if you are denied entry because of invalid ID.
We always recommend printing your e-ticket if you have the chance. If your phone runs out of battery or if you are unable to locate your e-ticket, you may be denied entry.
If we are able to change a name, an administration fee may occur, depending on the festival. The name change will not be processed until the fee has been paid.

If you have already seen something you like on our site but want to see if you can make a special request and tweak it in some way then please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you.
If an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund for your festival tickets. We will be in touch with you directly in the case of an event cancellation.
